Edit: this is going to be Kia's official simurgh ref, he's about the size of a draft horse (Clydesdale)

here's a simrugh ref for ya'll :V did this awhile ago on alias, just barely decided to submit it today XD >3>

lol so yes this is what kia's species is based off of and has more traits of a phoenix, like living forever and being able to heal and revive itself and such, but its appearance was more Griffin-esque

Kia's powers are actually not as strong as they used to be so he's a lot more mortal even in this form and can molt his feathers and all that. (his body is covered in feathers not fur)

The gold little swirlys on his wings are only seen on his simurgh form but not on his human form for practical reasons lol

i think that's pretty much it XD i'll add more later
